Rocky is a 3 year old 35 pound neutered male. We suspect he is a Rottweiler mix based on his markings but is much smaller than your average Rottweiler. He has a very sweet tempermant and is very friendly once he gets to know you. Rocky is a stray with a heart of gold. He was brought to us very sick and very hungry. He is so grateful for the care and love he is getting at the Shelter. He is currently going through heartworm treatment. We suspect he was abused in the past because of his reluctance to trust. Once he has gained your trust he is loyal but still a bit shy. We try not to have favorites here at the shelter but he has stolen all of our hearts.
The Animal Care Center would assist any interested person who wishes to adopt an animal with the medical forms, cages, and flight arrangements.
