A mere 100 steps from a snorkeling beach, nestled behind a high stone wall and entry gate, among mahogany and palm trees in an elegant courtyard, complete with tropical plants and birds, our villas boast gorgeous southwest ocean views and breathtaking sunsets over the neighboring island of St. Thomas.

Azul de Mar (Sea of Blue) - $1,453.00

Azul de Mar (Sea of Blue) is roomy and stylish. With 4 rooms, including an air-conditioned master-bedroom with king sized bed and master bath, living-room, hall/dining-area, full kitchen, and furnished 8' x 23' deck overlooking two bays. Sleeps two very comfortably, and two more on a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Caribsea - $1,561.92

A top-of-the-world, 2-story gem with spectacular Caribbean views. The first floor consists of a very large living/dining area with an island kitchen and a furnished deck perfect for relaxing. A spiral staircase with mahogany treads leads up to a spacious and airy master bedroom/bath. The ceiling is high and open-beamed, with mahogany trim.

Air-conditioned rooms and a king size bed keeps you comfortable at night. Enjoy views to neighboring cays and St. Thomas from the privacy of the bedroom deck, or just relax in bed and watch the sailboats. When you awake, you can see all the way to St. Croix, 40 miles south, from the bed. Well-appointed, romantic, comfortable and spacious, Caribsea is perfect for any special occasion.

Dolphina - $1,669.92

The perfect island getaway. The main floor consists of a very large living/dining area with an island kitchen and a furnished deck perfect for relaxing. The spacious master bedroom features a 4-post king size bed. A mahogany staircase leads up to a unique loft bedroom with a queen-size bed. The ceiling is high and open-beamed, with mahogany trim.

Each suite at Mahogany Tree Villas offers unique and comfortable Caribbean-style accommodations. All feature fully-furnished bedrooms, stocked bathrooms, furnished living rooms, equipped kitchens, large decks with ocean views, beach towels & chairs and fresh and linens.

In addition to each of the suites' private decks, there is also a beautiful swimming-pool and barbecue available for all guests on a shared communal-deck.

Packages are based on double occupancy, and include seven nights, and six tanks (three days) of diving per person.

Please note that our packages are heavily discounted, therefore we do not accept credit cards.

RESERVATIONS:Reservations are secured via a 50% cash or check deposit, with the balance due sixty days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS:Must be made sixty days prior to arrival, for a full refund. Cancellations within the sixty day arrival are subject to 100% forfeiture of deposit, unless we can re-book the villa.
